M&M Internship Programme
The Multimedia & Multiculturalism Project is a “menternship initiative”* and works with media partners to bring qualified, trained and talented youth from underserved ethno-cultural communities to this unique internship. The media industry ‘mentors’ will build their reach to the best and brightest of qualified graduates. Host partners and Intern communities will mutually benefit from enhanced diversity, knowledge sharing and powerful outreach to ethno-cultural communities. Partner organizations will be enriched by the contributions of an often unrepresented, yet growing segment of Canadian society.
Interns for 2011 have been selected, trained and placed for this year. UNA-Canada will be accepting applications for the next cycle in March 2012.
